How to avail of the service?
Step 1. Proceeds to Customer Service Division (complaints section) to get Form CSS-003 Standpipe Withdrawal.
Step 2. Proceeds to Cashier for payment.
Step 3. Presents Official Receipt to Customer Service Division (complaints section) for confirmation and schedule of water delivery.
The Customer Service Division is in-charge of entertaining consumers who have complains. This division is found at the ground floor of the main office or you may call:

Yes. PCWD gives adjustments on billings. However, adjustments are only being granted to consumers whose complains are found true and valid after investigation by our field personnel.

- Duly accomplished application form
- Senior Citizen identification card or any Gov’t. ID with photo, signature and birthday
- Billing Notice
- The registered account should be in the name of the Senior Citizen for a period of one (1) year and the application of discount must be renewed annually
- Report it to the PCWD office upon discovery of the incident.

- One Photocopy of Deed of Sale; Waiver from the former owner; or any proof of line ownership
- For Non-Lot Owners:
- Certificate of Occupancy from the Barangay Captain; or Authorization from the lot owner and 1 pc. photocopy of lot owner’s valid ID
- Valid Government-issued Identification Card bearing the photo and signature of the applicant
- Driver’s License duly issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
- Professional ID duly issued by the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC)
